Everywhere With Every Camera

Once again I have had to search for a topic.

No luck, so I decided to look through my saved photos and pick some to show you.  One thing I notice is that I am using at least three different cameras.  First is the cell phone, second is the Canon Power Shot SX 50 and third a Panasonic DMC-GF2.  The Canon, though it has a 50X zoom, is actually considered a point and shoot since it has a very small censor. The Panasonic is called a 4/3 format mirrorless and is one of the new interchangeable lens small footprint cameras. It won’t fit in a pocket.

With the pictures thrown together for web viewing there is not much difference in quality. Here is how I choose a camera on any particular day. Some days the only camera I have is the cell phone, so I use it if I see a good opportunity. I almost always carry my phone.  If I think I might see birds or other wildlife  then I take the Canon with its great zoom. For party pictures or family gatherings I use the Panasonic because with its sharper pictures  I can use wide angles and later crop to make a good composition or zoom in on a subject.

Of course the above is just generalization.  I take what I can with what I have.

Here are some pictures  like:
